探讨血清血红素加氧酶-1（HO-1）、人鳞状细胞癌相关抗原（SCC-Ag）在中晚期食管鳞癌术后化疗中的变化及临床意义。方法：选2015年9月至2017年9月行体检的174例健康人群及同期收治的116例中晚期食管鳞癌患者，分别抽取血清进行HO-1、SCC-Ag水平的监测并比较；分别于化疗前后进行上述指标的测定，并分析其HO-1、SCC-Ag水平与临床分期及病理分级之间的关系。
