通过Plackett-Burman设计和响应面分析方法对Pseudomonas W20菌株产脱卤酶的培养基组成进行优化。得出影响产酶的3个重要的培养基成分为：尿素、葡萄糖和KH2PO4，且其最适浓度分别为1.19、18.4 g·L-1和1.30 g·L-1。此时脱卤酶活力达到了10.57 U·（g干菌体）-1，比优化前提高了23.77%。
