分析了南方电网的送入直流及相关重要500 kV线路N-2故障,提出了省、网间协调优化的原则和建议,制定了广东500 kV电网安全稳定控制方案:广东电网安稳控制系统仅通过广东罗洞主站接受南网罗洞主站发送的切负荷命令,与南方电网其余的通信断开备用,并采取快速切除元件、改变运行方式等措施,以实现了三道防线间的优化配合。该方案简洁有效,且易于运行。

针对南方电网500 kV交流输电线路故障特点,对几种典型的防雷措施(减小地线保护角、加强线路绝缘水平、降低接地电阻)从适用范围、效果和经济性等方面进行了分析。对不同类型的绝缘子进行了长串人工污秽试验研究,并采用饱和等值盐密法提出了南方电网500 kV交流输电线路外绝缘配置原则;并对不同外绝缘配置方案进行了技术经济比较,推荐了线路外绝缘优化配置方案。
