本文主要介绍了X射线检测技术在GIS设备缺陷诊断的应用研究，详细的介绍了X射线检测技术在GIS故障诊断中应用的三个案例。主要介绍了应用X射线检测GIS内部结构装配、有无部件松动、损坏的情况；以及介绍了X射线对PRDP图谱的影响，医学CT3D成像分析的应用。最后，从X射线检测技术的有效性、安全性、可行性三个方面进行了总结，对X射线检测技术在GIS设备缺陷诊断中应用的主要成效和推广建议进行了阐述。
