2016年8月8日，中国科学院遥感与数字地球研究所雷达遥感应用技术研究室邵芸研究员所带领的科研团队研发的“典型地物微波特性知识库（Library of Target Microwave Properties，简称LAMP）”正式对外发布。这是目前国内微波遥感领域首个基于WEB发布的知识库。
