基于发电厂的风力发电机系统优化设计(Optimal Design of Wind Energy Conversion System Based on Power Factory)

提出一种基于发电厂的风力发电机设计理念,以风电场年发电量和发电质量作为优化目标,采用伸缩式叶片结构,在低风速下伸展叶片以提高风机输出功率,在高风速下收缩叶片,结合变桨实现输出功率调节;将额定风速、伸展时最大叶片长度、收缩时最小叶片长度和叶片中心半径作为优化变量,建立风机系统优化模型,运用遗传算法获取风机最优设计参数。结合风机设计实例,验证了风机系统优化设计的可行性。

采用滑移网格技术对直叶片垂直轴风力机进行了非定常数值模拟,得到尾流速度、特定过流断面的速度分布规律,并与经典的多流管理论计算出的尾流速度、特定过流断面速度进行了对比,数值模拟结果与理论计算值吻合较好。结果表明,采用滑移网格技术对直叶片垂直轴风力机进行非定常的数值模拟能够较好地反映流场特性。
