该报告首先介绍格密码安全性分析中带来的数学问题和基于符号推导自动产生可读的分析过程。在此基础上我们初步研究了格密码方案中的参数优化问题。其次，在应用方面设计了面向基因数据的同态计算方案，将其应用于膀胱癌诊断回归模型，以及前列腺癌的神经网络模型。由于理想格上的同态计算大多归结为高次大整数的多项式乘法，我们实现了FPGA硬件上的多项式乘法加速，为将来软硬件结合的大规模隐私计算方案设计奠定了基础。
