Abstract以分类精度为目标的传统分类算法通常假定:每个样本的误分类具有同样的代价且每类样本数大致相等.但现实数据挖掘中该假定不成立时,这些算法的直接应用不能取得理想的分类和预测.针对此缺隙,并基于标准的SVM,通过在SVM的设计中集成样本的不同误分类代价,提出代价敏感支持向量机(CS-SVM)的设计方法.实验结果表明CS-SVM是有效的.

Abstract提出一种基于最大熵估计的支持向量机概率建模方法.针对传统的支持向量机方法不能提供后验概率的输出问题, 从信息熵的角度采用最大熵估计方法,直接对支持向量机输出进行后验概率建模.实验结果表明, 与同类算法相比, 所提出的基于最大熵估计的概率建模方法具有优良的性能.

本文研究拓扑向量空间广义锥-次类凸映射向量优化问题的鞍点最优性条件和Lagrange对偶问题,建立向量优化问题的Fritz John鞍点和Kuhn-Tucker鞍点的最优性条件及其与向量优化问题的有效解和弱有效解之间的联系. 通过对偶问题和向量优化问题的标量化刻画各解之间的关系, 给出目标映射是广义锥-次类凸的向量优化问题在其约束映射满足广义Slater约束规格的条件下的对偶定理.
