广州管圆线虫(Angiostrongylus cantonensis, Ac)是引起嗜酸性粒细胞增多性脑膜炎或脑膜脑炎的重要病原体,幼虫侵入人体,在体内移行,最终侵犯中枢神经系统,引起广州管圆线虫病。目前对该病的治疗、防治等仍较局限。蛋白质功能研究有望从细胞和分子水平上探讨该病的发生发展机制,有助于诊断,为防治该病和新药开发奠定重要的理论基础。该文对广州管圆线虫功能蛋白研究进展作一综述。
