膨润土遇水后发生较大膨胀性,具有良好的胶体性质,可使悬液的粘度增高,在用于钻井泥浆时,可以增加钻具的润滑性,清洗钻井过程中产生的岩屑,被广泛使用于地质构造复杂地层钻井施工,防止孔内事故发生。
以聚乙烯醇( PVA) 和经过不同时间冷冻处理的凹凸棒黏土( APT) 为原料,采用溶液-流延成膜法,制备了PVA/APT 纳米复合膜,通过红外光谱、XRD 和SEM 对纳米复合膜的结构和形貌进行了表征,并对复合膜的力学性能及耐水性能进行了测试。结果表明,与未冷冻处理APT 相比,经冷冻处理后APT 的棒晶可以更好的分散在PVA基体中,纳米复合膜的力学性能和耐水性有明显提高。其中,以冷冻处理16 ...
