2024年6月15日至18日，由中国科学技术大学合肥微尺度物质科学国家研究中心国际功能材料量子设计中心(ICQD)主办的“拓扑量子输运国际研讨会(International Workshop on Topological Quantum Transport (TQT))”，在安徽省黄山市成功举办。本次会议聚焦拓扑量子输运领域的最新发展，是2022年“磁性、超导与拓扑研讨会”的拓展与延续。
2024年1月19日，超级陶粲装置（STCF）国际顾问委员会首次会议在中国科学技术大学召开。STCF是我国主导的新一代GeV能区高亮度正负电子对撞机，有望在正反物质不对称、强子内部结构、奇特态物质和新物理探索等前沿领域取得重大突破。目前在安徽省、合肥市和中国科大的联合支持下项目正在开展关键技术攻关。
