探讨浸润性膀胱癌经自然腔道标本取出（NOSE）手术联合乙状结肠原位新膀胱术的可行性及临床疗效。方法 6例患者均行腹腔镜下根治性全膀胱切除术，标本经肛门拖出，完全腹腔镜下去除结肠带乙状结肠原位新膀胱术。观察6例患者术后控尿情况及并发症。
