为了提高枸杞中黄酮类化合物的提取效果,通过超声波细胞粉碎仪的强化作用,对枸杞中的黄酮类化合物进行提取研究,通过单因素和正交试验确定最佳工艺参数。结果表明,最佳提取工艺参数为:乙醇体积分数80%,液料比50mL/g,超声波工作/间歇时间3s/1s,超声波功率500W,提取时间50min。在此条件下提取率达到89.87%。
