提出一种基于DSP的谷物含水率测量方法。谷物通过自身重力导入到测试腔内,由MCU和DSP为核心器件构成的测试系统对谷物含水率进行测量、存储,并通过LCD显示。经过测量的谷物,通过螺旋输送器排出,进行下一步测量。系统通过DS18S20温度传感器对谷物温度进行测量,并对温度予以补偿。该方法可使谷物含水率测量误差低于1%,优于常规测量方法。
