近日，中国科学院上海光学精密机械研究所高功率激光单元技术实验室在UV-NIR超快激光诱导磷硼酸盐玻璃合成CsPbBr3量子点方面取得新进展。研究人员首先通过掺铝和热处理工艺在硼磷酸盐玻璃中得到了具有优异热稳定和化学稳定性的CsPbBr3量子点。随后通过超快激光诱导在玻璃表面和内部析出了钙钛矿CsPbBr3量子点，该研究扩大了钙钛矿量子点的应用范围，在构造3D光学器件领域具有应用前景。相关研究成果已...
