考虑到区间值模糊集中代表元在决策分析中的重要作用,提出三参数区间值模糊集和三参数区间值模糊值的概念,给出了三参数区间值模糊值之间的运算关系,定义了三参数区间值模糊值之间一种新的距离. 基于这种距离, 针对三参数区间值模糊集上的一个多属性决策模型, 提出了一种TOPSIS决策方法.最后以实例说明该方法的有效性.
