鞘脂（sphingolipids）是含有鞘氨醇骨架的一大类脂质。它们既是细胞膜的重要组分之一，也是调控细胞内稳态所必需的信号分子。2023年来越来越多的研究表明鞘脂及鞘脂代谢与多种重大疾病的发生发展密切相关，针对鞘脂代谢靶向开发生物标志物及治疗药物具有很好的应用前景。
