对外贸易、加工贸易与劳动争议——来自1998-2012年中国省际面板数据的证据

本文使用1998-2012年中国省际面板数据，研究对外贸易对中国劳动争议的影响。研究发现，中国对外贸易的发展对劳动争议的发生有显著正向影响，而工会并没有发挥缓解劳资纠纷的作用。考虑到加工贸易在中国占有较高比重，本文对加工贸易对劳动争议的影响进行了检验，发现加工贸易对劳动争议的影响显著为正，并且相较于对外贸易而言，加工贸易对劳动争议发生的影响更大，之后的稳健性检验支持了上述结论。
根据1998-2012年中国制造业规模以上企业数据，本文估算了中国制造业的单位劳动力成本。结果表明，在此期间制造业单位劳动力成本呈现出2004年之前有所下降随后有所上升的趋势；其中非劳动密集型产业以更高的生产率和更快的生产率增长使得其单位劳动力成本的上升部分更加平缓；分区域来看，东中西部地区的状况发生了很大的转变，当前东部地区的单位劳动力成本已高于中西部。面对劳动力成本的上涨，制造业也开始了资本替...
